  • Yes. The RISE System is designed for all levels and meets you exactly where you are. You do not need prior fitness experience, strict diets, or advanced knowledge. This program was built to support real people in real life.

  • No special equipment is required. A yoga mat and light hand weights are helpful but optional. Everything inside the program can be done with minimal tools.

  • RISE is intentionally paced to support consistency, not pressure. You will have access to replays, written materials, and the guided workbook so you can move forward even if your week gets challenging.
